The Minnesota Senate media rules working group has issued its recommendation – see David Brauer’s MinnPost piece from Monday.
Major elements include the addition of a media gallery, a content-neutral policy for issuing credentials, and an appeals process for those denied passes.
Brauer and blogger Mitch Berg (both members of the working group) testified before the Senate Rules and Administration committee yesterday. A vote is expected on Thursday.
